Exclusive family tour in Tuscany
The hunting for new experiences is opened:
new tastes, acquaintances, meetings and cities are already waiting for you!
Traveling to Tuscany.

Amazing landscapes with slender cypress trees, luxurious mansions, wine estates and delicious local cuisine make this Italian region one of the most attractive.

We know how difficult it could be to find time for each other in everyday life, to enjoy the aroma of wine, the taste of food in a restaurant, the colors of the sunset without haste.

The mission of Italia Per Famiglie is to give parents the opportunity to fully relax, not to worry about anithing, forget about the rush and discover new Italy.
Tuscany for kids is a large number of agricultural farms with animals. It is an opportunity to take long walks through fields and meadows, it is playing hide and seek in the vineyards and acquaintance with local craftsmen.

There're fields with flowers and pastures, Tuscan castles full of secrets and mysteries.

A trip to Tuscany with children is a breath of fresh air and freedom, a journey to youself, return to carelessness and simplicity, to something "real" and "sincere".
Trip in Tuscany with kids is a great idea, especially organized by Italia Per Famiglie, a company that has organized more than 30 family trips in more than 5 different regions of Italy.

We understand the wishes of adults and children and we develop tours to Italy in such a way that both parties will be completely delighted.

About our villa
The origins of the Tuscany house Italia Per Famiglie date back to the end of 16th century. Initially, the house belonged to a family of local aristocrats. Located on a small hill, about 250 m above sea level, it is the ideal place for those who dream of a historic villa with a touch of modernity, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and by a park of centuries-old holm oaks, where you can enjoy long peaceful walks immersed in the silence of nature. However, all amenities that will make your stay at Villa Morelli unforgettable are present, including air conditioning in the bedrooms. This splendid property consists of the main villa of about 800 sq m, an annex divided into 2 apartments of 100 sq m each, a large rectangular, 25 m-long pool with an infinity side, salt purification and relaxation areas, a synthetic-grass tennis court, pleasant outdoor areas where you can relax and admire the surrounding countryside, a gazebo adorned with scented climbing jasmine and set up with tables between the villa and the swimming pool. In front of the main entrance is another large table under the shade of centuries-old holm oaks, perfect for pleasant alfresco meals.

Palio and flags
"The art of waving the flag" can be translated a skill that sbandieratori has been skillfully practicing since the end of the fourteenth century. Previously, waving flags served to communicate with departments by launching and waving banners indicating the best moment for troops to attack.

The work with the flag was allowed to the best soldiers, who had to defend their insignia until their death. They had to be loyal, careful and resourceful, just like our little guests on the Italia Per Famiglie tours.

master classes
Every day of the tour there'll be our professional ceramist Anna Kapyrina, the owner of her workshop in Moscow.
Clay is a material that leaves almost no one indifferent. And where else in Italy can you get acquainted with the basics of working with it? The ceramic traditions of Italy go back several millennia, carrying from the depths of Antiquity the knowledge of how malleable clay turns on the master's table, and then in the furnace into ringing vases, sculptures, tiles, ornaments.

To create a safe space for creative improvisation, give children the opportunity to feel the clay, learn to look carefully at the world around them and think outside the box at work - these are the goals set by our ceramics teacher Anna Kapyrina.

Anna has an individual approach to the learning process and more than 10 years of experience working with children in the Moscow studio named after her.
The topic of the tour in Tuscany will be a big kids' project - work on a ceramic fire sculpture. The artist constantly comes into contact with the elements and knows how to negotiate with them, learns from them. So our creative children can touch the clay-earth by lifting their first bowls and pots on a potter's wheel, sculpting a large sculpture based on a jointly created sketch. Feel the fluidity of water in watercolor sketches on the hills of Tuscany. Learn to see the air in the glare of the sun and the blue of the shadows and make yourself memorable crafts from natural materials. Will witness the real wood burning of ceramics. The culmination of the trip will be an evening, during which children will present their sculptures to their parents in tongues of flame and sparks.

We will specially deliver about 100 kg of clay, bricks, firewood and other materials to the villa in order to organize the creation and firing of a fire sculpture. Anna gives children great freedom in choosing materials, techniques and themes of work. This is not so much learning as playing and living in creativity. Children will be limited in their experiments only by safety measures. We will provide all the necessary materials for creativity, a potter's wheel, various tools.

No other material provides such opportunities for imagination, such a resource, such a deep feeling of the creative process as clay. And children catch this in the very first hours of work.
Creative laboratory №1
Let's talk about the elements of earth and water. About horizontal lines, the longest lines visible to humans. To do this, we will go to admire the surrounding hills and look for beautiful horizons with sheets and watercolors and paint them.

The first day will immediately lure children into the space of classes, attention will be paid to the potter's wheel. Children, under the guidance of a teacher, will twist and sculpt pots-bowls, which will then be fired along with a fire sculpture.
Creative laboratory №2
Start of work on the fire sculpture. The elements of fire and air. Children with a teacher will build a furnace firebox. Discussion about how it works with special blowing holes and pipe sculpting. Walk around the neighborhood looking for inspiration for a sketch of the sculpture. Talking about the vertical as a symbol of tension, upward movement, searching for an image for a sculpture, working on a large Whatman paper all together on a project.
Creative laboratory №3
We start sculpting the sculpture. This is a very important stage - the beginning. Talk about dynamic lines and from character, look for them in the shadows: your own, trees, bushes, grass. Pencil sketches of the most characteristic. Children will need this to decorate the sculpture. The drawings will be completed in the future and you can take them with you.
Creative laboratory №4
We sculpt the sculpture and go looking for chaos in the glare of light. This is necessary to design the holes for the fire and lights of the sculpture. This time the group will not draw, but dance and move, since this is air, this is fire, this is heat. Sun glare, light, bunnies. Children will make themselves mirrors-amulets from small round mirrors, cardboard, leather, thread, pebbles and other materials.
Creative laboratory №5
Work on the sculpture, holes and ornaments and more. Drying.
Creative laboratory №6
The sculpture dries up. The group has two important activities: preparing the firewood and the area for firing. A conversation that the work of an artist is not only inspiration and flight, but also the most earthly work. We are working. And an additional creative activity, the purpose of which is to include children in the creative process, to support their immediacy and lively movement of thought.
Creative laboratory №7
In the early morning, the group begins to heat the stove and burn the sculpture. This day is completely busy with the action. Evening blessed celebration and dedication to the Italia Per Famiglie tribe. Remove the wrapper from the sculpture in the dark. Dances, songs, photo session.
Creative laboratory №8
Children will get their ceramic works out of the cold fire, we will embrace the sculpture, take a lot of photos. We will plant seedlings of local plants in burnt pots, which will remind you of the journey all summer and autumn. We communicate, we say goodbye. We do not want to part.
"Together we're looking for strengths of character, knowledge, skills, rhythm, which children can rely on at the beginning of learning. We learn to accept mistakes, which in ceramics are more expensive than gold, because they're the ones that draw us forward and make up experience."

"Let's imagine that you're 3 years old, or 5 years old, or 9 years old. You're traveling in Italy, more precisely, in Tuscany. There are many friends with you. All the children run around in a real castle, in which the children of the family played hide and seek many years ago Pucci, battles were fought and the heads of the Catholic Church were hiding. Of course, at 5 years old it doesn't matter to you, but you like making pizza, getting your hands dirty in tomato sauce, breaking juicy mozzarella, you like a beautiful white apron and cookies, which are here , next to you, your mother did. You are pleased to sit at a beautiful table and the fact that a pretty girl Chiara brings everything that your heart desires. You like colorful balloons that seem even brighter in the rays of the warm sun.

I would rate it at three, and I appreciate it now, almost thirty-three. Emotions and impressions have no age, they teach us, give us new experience. I sincerely wish every child and adult to take away the baggage of good mood from travel with Italia Per Famiglie. "
